In a nutshell: One winner, will be selected at random from a list of everyone who has both liked our page and shared the image. You get a double entry if you comment on the photo! The winner will be contacted via private facebook message and they will have 7 days to respond.
OFFICIAL RULES:
No purchase necessary. Purchase will not increase your chance of winning. Do not use multiple facebook accounts to increase your chances of winning however feel free to invite your friends and family to compete on your behalf, if they like.
Eligibility: “contest” is open to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry, control a Facebook account with privacy and other settings enabled to see and enter the Contest and have the ability to share items to their personal wall.
Employees of 4 Seasons Storage in Pleasantville, IA and their affiliates and immediate and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate in the contest. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Winner Requirements:
The winner will be contacted via PM (private message) on facebook from one of our representatives. The winner will also be announced (as a comment and within the post) on our facebook page. The winner will have 1 week (7 days) from the time we message them to claim the prize or else the risk forfeiting it and we may randomly select another winner from the list.
Potential winners will be notified via PM (private message) and/or in a post on FACEBOOK. The potential winner will be required to respond to our notification with intent to accept the prize within seven (7) days from the date the initial notification is sent.
Failure to respond to the initial notification within the specified time frame or noncompliance with these official rules may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prize(s). Any potential winner agrees by liking and sharing they are entering into the competition and submitting an entry.
A potential winner may be disqualified for any reason at any time and at the sole discretion of 4 Seasons Storage. If this happens, an alternate potential winner may be selected.
General Conditions: If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of 4 Seasons Storage which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest, then 4 Seasons Storage reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. In such event, 4 Seasons Storage may, in its sole discretion, perform the random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to or after such cancellation, suspension, or modification. 4 Seasons Storage reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. In addition, by entering the contest, entrants acknowledge that they may be subject to 4 Seasons Storage background check procedures. 4 Seasons Storage reserves the right to revoke a potential winner’s status or a winner’s status if at any point it determines in its sole discretion that the winner or potential winner has failed to adhere to these requirements. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, 4 Seasons Storage reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. 4 Seasons Storage failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
This contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, nor is Facebook associated with the contest in any way. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the contest must be directed to 4 Seasons Storage, and not to Facebook, and all entrants release Facebook from any and all claims arising out of the contest.
Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the contest, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of 4 Seasons Storage, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest. Whether an entrant’s entry is selected as a winner is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Timing: The contest begins on August 7th, 2020 ends on September 4th, 2020 (just in time to get it for Labor Day!)

Visit facebook.com/4SeasonsStorageinPleasantville, click like on our page. Then locate the bright yellow contest post and share it to your wall using the share feature (usually under the image).
Selection of Winner: 4 Seasons Storage will administer the random selection of the potential winner. The selection of the potential winner is final and binding in all matters related to the contest.
Prizes: The prizes described below must be picked up by the winner at the 4 Seasons Storage office in Pleasantville, IA. If the winner would like to allow someone else to pick up the prize, they will have to inform 4 Seasons Storage by responding to the prize notification message from 4 Seasons Storage including the name and age of the person who will be picking the prize up. This person may need to show identification that matches the name given by the winner. 4 Seasons Storage reserves the right to NOT make the decision to not give the prize to anyone other than the official winner.

Release and Limitations of Liability: 4 Seasons Storage is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the contest. 4 Seasons Storage assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries. 4 Seasons Storage is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating downloading materials in the 4 Seasons Storage.

Disputes: In the event of any disputes for any reason, 4 Seasons Storage may deem any entry or applicant ineligible and may furthermore void the entire contest.
